We are a boutique corporate law firm focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance. We advise investors, entrepreneurs, founders, family-owned businesses and corporates, on transactions and on key corporate decisions.

How we work
One point of responsibility, and a network behind it.
Corporate transactions rarely stay inside corporate law. A carve-out needs tax structuring. A regulated target needs financial regulatory advice. A German subsidiary needs German counsel. A dispute that has hardened needs a litigator who is regularly in court.
We are a boutique and deliberately do not hold every specialism in-house. We lead the corporate and strategic work and coordinate the specialist input a matter needs, working with an established network of advisors so that the client receives one joined-up piece of advice.

A single contact who knows the history, the documents and the commercial objective, and remains involved throughout the matter.

Tax, regulatory, employment, notarial and foreign-law advice, from firms we work with regularly.
Coordinated, not duplicated
We manage the specialists rather than repeating their work, with the aim that the client does not pay twice for the same analysis or have to reconcile advice that does not join up.
Office and meeting location
Based in Amsterdam, working with clients across the Netherlands.
Our office is in Amsterdam-Zuid, a few minutes from the Zuidas: central, easy to reach and close to the parties we work with on transactions.
We regularly act for clients and on transactions outside the Randstad, and have a distinctive meeting location in the north-east of the country: The Mill, in the monumental Stadsmosterdmolen De Vlijt in Meppel. The mill has its own entrance and a meeting room set up for confidential discussion. Clients in the north and east of the country can meet us there without travelling to Amsterdam. Meetings at The Mill are by appointment.
