He has more than fifteen years of experience, including at Linklaters, at Freshfields and as a partner at a mid-sized Dutch firm, advising on domestic and cross-border transactions and on corporate law matters.

Yvo van Bijsterveld

Yvo van Bijsterveld advises as a Senior Legal Consultant on corporate law, commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. He has more than twenty years of experience in Dutch and international corporate practice, at law firms and on the client side, and knows a transaction from both perspectives.

Johan Nijmeijer has practised as a real estate lawyer since 2013, starting his career at Greenberg Traurig in Amsterdam. He advises project developers, investors and occupiers of commercial premises on development, acquisitions and disposals, asset management and leases.
